2. OUR SERVICES

​

We offer career and leadership engagements, HR, technology and AI advisory, GaVira Systems for founders, courses and digital products. Each paid engagement’s scope, duration and fee are agreed with you in writing before it starts. First consultations last 30 minutes and carry no fee or obligation.

3. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

​

Our work is designed to strengthen your judgement, positioning and capability. We do not guarantee a job, promotion, pay rise, funding or any other specific result, because those depend on decisions made by other people and organisations.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

​

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay. Your purchase is confirmed once payment is complete.

​

5. REFUND POLICY

​

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete. Courses, playbooks, templates and other digital products give you immediate access to the full material, which cannot be returned once it has been accessed or downloaded. For engagements and sessions, the fee covers time reserved and prepared for you.

We will refund you only in these cases:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;

• you paid but could not access the product, and we could not fix the problem within 7 days of you telling us.

To request one of these refunds, email hello@gavira.co.in with your payment details within 30 days of the payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show the credit.

Please read each product or service description carefully before you buy.

6. RESCHEDULING SESSIONS

​

If you need to move a booked session, please tell us at least 24 hours in advance and we will find another time. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as delivered.

7. DELIVERY

​

We do not sell or ship physical goods. Digital products and course access are delivered online, usually straight after payment, through the website or by email. Sessions take place by video call at the time you book.

8. YOUR USE OF OUR MATERIAL

​

Courses, playbooks, templates, frameworks and session materials are for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, resell, share publicly or redistribute them without our written permission. All content on this website belongs to GaVira or is used with permission.

9. USE OF THIS WEBSITE

​

Please do not misuse the website, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for anything unlawful. Content on the site is general information, not professional, legal or financial advice for your specific situation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

To the extent the law allows, GaVira is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our services, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

​

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed; the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.

12. GOVERNING LAW

​

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
