How GaVira collects, uses and protects your personal information.

LAST UPDATED · 26 OCTOBER 2026

This policy explains what personal information GaVira collects through this website and our services, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and how you can ask us to see, correct or delete it.

1. WHO WE ARE

This website is owned and operated by GaVira Ventures Private Limited, with its registered office in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. In this policy, “GaVira”, “we” and “us” mean GaVira Ventures Private Limited. You can reach us at hello@gavira.co.in.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver our services:

• Details you give us in our forms: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, your role or organisation, and what you tell us about your situation.

• Booking details when you book a consultation: your name, contact details, the service and time you choose, and anything you add to the booking.

• Early-access and interest sign-ups for Career AI and Digital Products: your name and email address.

• Engagement information: notes, documents and materials you choose to share with us while we work together, such as a résumé or LinkedIn profile.

• Purchase information when you buy a course or service: what you bought and billing details. Card and bank details are entered with our payment provider; we do not see or store them.

• Communications: emails and messages you send us.

• Technical information: your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and similar usage data, collected through cookies when you use the website.

3. HOW WE USE IT

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange the right conversation.

• To schedule, run and follow up on consultations and engagements.

• To deliver courses, products and services you sign up for or buy, and to send invoices and receipts.

• To tell you when a product you registered interest in becomes available.

• To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and improve how it works.

• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

4. WHERE IT IS STORED AND WHO PROCESSES IT

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Wix (website hosting, forms, bookings and member accounts).

• Google Workspace (email, calendars and the spreadsheets we use to track enquiries).

• Razorpay (payments, once online payments are enabled).

• The video-call tool named in your booking invitation.

These providers may store data on servers outside India. Each has its own privacy policy and security measures.

5. WHEN WE MAY DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information only where we have to:

• when the law requires it, or a court or competent authority orders it;

• in connection with legal proceedings, or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights, including fraud prevention;

• to a buyer, or prospective buyer, of our business or assets, under confidentiality.

6. COOKIES

The website uses cookies to work properly, remember your preferences and understand how it is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when they are sent; some parts of the site, such as booking, may not work fully without them.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, and longer only where the law requires it or where it is relevant to a legal claim. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. HOW WE PROTECT IT

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or alteration, and we limit access to the people who need it to work with you. Payments are processed over encrypted connections by our payment provider. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;

• correct or update it;

• delete it, or close any account you have with us;

• stop sending you updates you signed up for (every update email also has an unsubscribe link);

• withdraw consent you gave us earlier.
